This
luxury, 4 star hotel, built in 2001, is situated 50 metres
from the beach in 8,000 sq.metres of attractive gardens. It
is 1 km south of the centre of the resort of L'Ametlla de
Mar and approx. 140 kms south of Barcelona. The town sits
in 16 km of coastline, which offers many beaches and coves
to chose from, as well as many restaurants and bars. The town's
heritage as a Mediterranean fishing village lives on in the
fishing port and daily fish market.
The
Ametlla Mar Hotel is located on the beach at Bon Capo Cove,
just south of the town, so whilst this beautiful stretch of
coastline is enticing, it is not essential to have a car to
enjoy your holiday at the Ametlla Mar. It offers wonderful
facilities, including outdoor and indoor pools and a spa with
gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. There is a comfortable lounge, with
cocktail bar and in the grounds a playground for the children
and a beach bar for adults. The attractive dining room serves
buffet style meals so there is certain to be something for
all tastes.

240 bedrooms have two double beds, full bathroom, terrace,
