Payment

When you wish to confirm your holiday booking you will need to forward a deposit which may normally be paid by sterling cheque. Depending on the accommodation reserved, the balance will be paid either five weeks prior to arrival, or on arrival. Once the price is confirmed it will not alter. Deposits are non refundable, except when there is six months before departure, and we would therefore suggest that you ensure cancellation insurance is in place. Once the balance has been paid, no refund will be given.

Holiday Accommodation

The accommodation is only for the number of people specified when booking. Arrival time varies and will be notified when booking but accommodation would not normally be available before 3 p.m. and client would be expected to depart by 10 a.m. If your arrival time is delayed to outside normal office hours the local agent will do their best to ensure that a key may be obtained from a third party. However, it would be wise to contact either Spanish Escape or the local agent to notify them in advace otherwise it may not be possible to guarantee access to the reserved accommodation. If 24 hours after the expected time, the client has not arrived or notified the agent, the accommodation may be re-let. Please note that upon arrival at the accommodation it is reasonable to be asked for a guarantee either in local currency or by cheque which is returned upon departure less any amount to cover damage.

We take great care to ensure the accuracy of property descriptions. However, occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances changes in furnishings and fittings take place and this is out of our control.

In case of complaint

In the, hopefully, unlikely event that you have a complaint whilst on holiday, you must inform the local agent so the matter can be resolved locally as quickly as possible. If you are still dissatisfied, please contact Spanish Escape and will endeavour to resolve the matter. Any outstanding complaints should be put in writing immediately upon return. We will always do our best to satisfy clients but this is not always within our control.
